Bilingual Legal Assistant Medical Malpractice

ALL IN ONE is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Assistant for a Direct Hire position in Miami to join a busy and well-established Medical Malpractice team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in medical malpractice personal injury or related litigation and be comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of the case process.
Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with medical malpractice case management from intake through resolution.

Draft proofread and file pleadings discovery motions and correspondence.
-
Organize and maintain case files including medical records and expert documentation.

Schedule depositions mediations and court appearances.
-
Communicate with clients medical providers and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish.

Perform administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
-
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a medical malpractice or litigation setting.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology court procedures and medical documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
