Medical Malpractice Attorney

Miami FL Full-Time On-Site or Hybrid

ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a growing and dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling complex medical malpractice cases from intake through trial with exceptional client service and litigation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution including trial.
Draft and file pleadings motions discovery requests/responses and memoranda.
Communicate directly with clients to guide them through each stage of the case.
Prepare for and attend depositions mediations hearings and trials.
Work closely with expert witnesses including preparing reports affidavits and testimony.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
5 years of medical malpractice experience
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Strong client service and communication abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
