ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a growing and dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling complex medical malpractice cases from intake through trial with exceptional client service and litigation skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution including trial.
- Draft and file pleadings motions discovery requests/responses and memoranda.
- Communicate directly with clients to guide them through each stage of the case.
- Prepare for and attend depositions mediations hearings and trials.
- Work closely with expert witnesses including preparing reports affidavits and testimony.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- 5 years of medical malpractice experience
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong client service and communication abilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
