Green Window Cleaning is a rapidly growing Commercial and Residential Window Cleaning Company. As we continue to expand and transition to new systems and software we are seeking a reliable detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and successful implementation of these organizational changes.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the Office Manager and office staff contributing to efficient office workflows accurate data management and effective communication. This role requires a proactive and flexible team player who is eager to pitch in wherever needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records.
- Manage invoicing filing and document organization.
- Assist with the migration of data to new software systems.
- Support inventory and office space organization.
- Answer and direct phone calls as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and assist across all areas of the office.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
