Our client is seeking a strategy-focused professionals with a strong background in banking strategy management consulting or financial transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor problem-solving ability and experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives within the banking or financial services sector.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects including business transformation product strategy and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

Support the development of corporate and business unit strategies aligned with overall banking objectives.
Conduct market financial and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
Assist in preparing strategic roadmaps business cases and board-level presentations.
Contribute to the design and implementation of transformation and profitability improvement programs.

Research & Insights

Analyze market trends customer behaviors and financial performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Benchmark against competitors and identify emerging opportunities in digital banking fintech and risk management.
Work on scenario modeling and financial projections to support investment and growth strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with product finance risk and technology teams to align business initiatives with strategic priorities.
Support leadership in developing performance dashboards and strategic KPIs.
Engage with consulting partners and external stakeholders on specialized strategy or transformation projects.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Finance or related discipline (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting or transformation ideally within:
- Big 4 firms (Deloitte PwC EY KPMG) or
- Top-tier strategy consultancies (McKinsey BCG Oliver Wyman Bain & Co.)
Strong understanding of banking financial services or fintech ecosystems.
Exceptional analytical presentation and communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and financial modeling tools.
