The role involves providing primary customer and technical support for an advanced digital platform used for business and leisure travel management. While a passion for customer service is required no prior call center experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Core Duties
- Communicate exclusively in German with corporate and individual travelers via phone email and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues usage questions booking problems and itinerary glitches related to the travel platform.
- Document all client interactions and solutions accurately.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- German (C2) and English (B2) fluency.
- Must work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Must hold EU/EEA/Swiss citizenship or a long-term valid residency card. Work Permit or Blue Card sponsorship is not available.
Compensation and Benefits
