About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Account Manager (CSAM) fluent in German and English to join our Sales Project based in Athens. Youll handle B2B accounts manage client communication and ensure performance goals are consistently achieved. This role is ideal for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales confident communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow client accounts within the assigned sales portfolio.
Conduct B2B sales calls and maintain strong professional relationships.
Meet and exceed targets through proactive account management and cross-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide top-notch customer support for business clients in both German and English.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year proven experience in B2B Sales.
Fluency in German (C1 minimum; native preferred).
Professional level of English (B2).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work on-site in Athens (no work-from-home option).
Working Conditions:

Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:0018:00 (40 hours/week).
Contract Type: Permanent full-time.
Salary: 1760 x 14 salaries per year.
Bonus: Uncapped quarterly performance-based bonus.
Benefits:

14 salaries (12 monthly 1 Easter 1 split between Summer & Christmas).
Private Health & Life Insurance.
Performance bonus structure based on monthly performance.
25 days annual leave.
Meal allowance: 50 per month (voucher ticket).
Relocation & Onboarding Support:

Candidates relocating from abroad must arrive in Athens 7 days before the start date for hiring documentation.
Accommodation: 3 weeks in a hotel near the office.
Relocation support: Up to 300 reimbursement (gross) with first payment.
Legal assistance: Guidance with all required hiring documents.
Note: No flight ticket airport pick-up or transport from airport to the hotel included.
Employees relocating must work on-site for at least 3 months (exception only for those already living in Greece with verified housing and internet).
Please note:

The client does not offer a standard relocation package for candidates already based in Greece (case-by-case support possible).
After the initial accommodation period housing assistance is not provided.
