We are looking for a Cost Estimator (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich supporting the development of efficient high-quality facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and prepare tender documents for technical and infrastructural facility management services

Calculate and compile professional offers aligned with project requirements

Support in developing personnel and client-specific concepts

Maintain data in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics)

Coordinate supplier inquiries and assist in implementation processes
Requirements
-
Completed technical training ideally as a Technician or Master in Electrical or Supply Engineering

Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
-
Service-oriented mindset and structured working approach
-
Reliability flexibility and strong communication skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 especially Excel
-
Experience with GAEB applications is an advantage
-
Fluent in German and English both written and spoken
