Job Summary
Primary Shift: Part-Time Eve LPN 2:15 PM 10:45 PM Every Other Weekend
The CVPH Skilled Nursing Facility in Plattsburgh NY is seeking a part-time evening shift LPN to provide direct resident care in a supported resident-centered environment.
