- Communicate expectations and details to customers and our production team
- Follow up on leads to secure new projects
- Represent CertaPro Painters professionally in your community
- Sales experience (home improvement or residential services preferred)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Self-starter who can manage their own schedule
- Valid drivers license; ability to work occasional Saturdays
- Base salary commission (typical earnings $80k$100k)
- Company vehicle tablet and phone
