Primarily responsible for managing customer support the Resident Services Coordinatorbuilds a successful team of associates and staff members dedicated to achieving the communitys resident retention and customer service goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator:
- Achieves the communitys resident satisfaction and retention goals by ensuringresident inquiries are resolved in a professional andtimely manner.
- Facilitatesprofessional and friendly atmosphere that exceeds resident expectations.
- Develop produce and coordinate resident communications including but not limited to newsletters surveys and lease violation notices.
- Fosters productive community relationships through collaboration with local groups restaurants retailers and services.
- Coordinate programs to enhance the health wellbeing and quality of life for residents.
- Plan promote and coordinate community-boosting resident events and incentives to boost participation and encourage residents to bring guests.
- Identify strategies to improve efficiency productivity and quality of customer service.
- Ensures initiatives are implemented communicates follow-up actions and feedback with staff.
- Monitors and enforces compliance with all pertinent company policies procedures and standards. Reporting all incidents violations equipment malfunctions accidents injuries or safety concerns. Implements corrective measures as necessary.
Qualifications / Skills Required forthe position ofResident Services Coordinator
- 3years of managing people in a property management role
- Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
- Flexible team player with good supervisory and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set priorities handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or GEDCollege education preferred
