The Opportunity
Join Varicents Sales Planning team to lead the development of a fast-scaling SaaS platform that empowers global sales organizations. Youll work on a high-impact single-page application using React GraphQL and a serverless AWS backend driving features that directly support revenue growth and go-to-market execution.

The Team
Youll be part of a cross-functional team of engineers designers and product managers focused on delivering a high-performing web platform. As a senior engineer youll shape technical decisions mentor others and contribute to building scalable cloud-native solutions.

What Youll Do

• Lead the design and development of new features using the MERN stack.
• Build cloud-native apps with AWS Lambda Aurora DynamoDB ECS and GraphQL.
• Improve system scalability performance and architecture.
• Write clean efficient and maintainable code with CI/CD and test automation.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.

What You Bring

• 8 years of experience in modern web development with React TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong background with microservices cloud architecture and serverless development (preferably AWS).
• Solid knowledge of SQL NoSQL and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience in automated testing CI/CD and agile delivery environments.
• Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Redux messaging systems (Kafka Kinesis) or Docker.
• AWS certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
• Background in product-focused teams or SaaS platforms.
