About Field Services Team

You will be part of the Brazil Field Services team responsible for delivering first-class services 24/7.

Your responsibilities

Supervise the execution of field projects at customer sites with scopes involving the refurbishment of mining equipment such as thickeners filters crushers HPGRs mills etc.
Supervise multi-task execution teams to ensure successful contract delivery.
Ensure full compliance with company safety standards and policies.
Monitor and ensure adherence to the contractual schedule.
Maintain proper documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster effective communication and a strong relationship with the customer.
Prepare and submit field administrative reports and project documents.
Responsibilities include strong leadership across projects working independently with minimal supervision while delegating and reviewing tasks of execution teams.

What you bring

10 years of experience leading field refurbishment/assembly of mining equipment;
Strong field leadership and communication skills
Availability to travel up to 90% of the time in the field/customers sites.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Technician degree.
Graduation degree is desirable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Tools (MS Office MS project Outlook etc).
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Team player & strong work ethics and integrity.
