Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Cleans assigned areas according to established standards and 12-step cleaning process.
- Scrubs strips waxes and buffs floors utilizing automatic and multi-speed floor machines and other specialized equipment.
- Maintains and cleans assigned equipment.
- Arranges and/or transports furniture equipment and supplies.
- Documents and reports items needing repair and hazardous conditions requiring correction.
- Stocks supply cart in assigned areas.
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of one year of floor care experience or more in Healthcare or Nursing Home.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fire Safety card required.
This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
