Experience & Qualifications Needed:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer and service department demands
- Supervise train and mentor staff ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of product knowledge
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Monitor and analyze parts department performance including sales and gross profit and implement strategies for improvement to meet manufacturer & dealership goals
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain a clean and organized department including storage areas and display sections
