Job Summary
Role:
Own the service delivery scope (e.g. log ingestion implementations dashboards).
Ensure compliance with SLAs capacity availability and performance targets.
Prioritize and drive the backlog release/change planning and patches/upgrades.
Act as the primary point of contact for our internal customers.
Translate business needs into measurable use cases
Manage incidents/problems and drive continuous improvement.
Essential requirements:
3 years in Service Delivery/Service Management (e.g. SDM Service Owner) within cybersecurity SIEM or observability.
ITIL v3/4 (Incident Problem Change Request CSI); certification is a plus.
Broad technical base: Linux networking certificates authentication (SAML/OIDC) cloud logging (AWS/Azure/GCP) scripting (e.g. Python or bash) considered a plus.
Meritorious:
- Degree in IT/Security or equivalent experience.
- Splunk Core Certified Power User / Admin / Architect.
- Security CISM CISSP
