About the Role:
We areseeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the designdevelopment and implementation of scalable high-performance solutions on theSalesforce platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the organizations Salesforce strategy ensuring architecturalintegrity and integrating advanced technologies including AI into our digitalecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead theend-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforceimplementations across various clouds (Sales Service Field Service LightningMarketing).
- Define andenforce best practices for data modeling object relationships indexing andperformance optimization.
- Architectand implement scalable and maintainable custom solutions using ApexVisualforce Lightning Components and asynchronous processing.
- Collaboratewith cross-functional teams including business stakeholders developers andintegration specialists to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive theadoption of Salesforce-specific design patterns and coding standards.
- Evaluate andintegrate AI capabilities into Salesforce workflows and products.
- Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct codereviews performance tuning and technical documentation.
Requirements:
- At least 10years hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and cloud solutions (SalesService FSL Marketing).
- Provenexpertise in designing and deploying scalable Salesforce architecturesincluding complex data models and relationships.
- Mastery ofApex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components for custom development.
- Deepunderstanding of Salesforce design patterns including: Trigger DesignPatterns Apex Design Patterns Lightning Component Design Patterns
- Solidknowledge of code optimization techniques for writing efficient scalable andmaintainable Apex code.
- Experiencewith asynchronous processing (e.g. future methods batch jobs queueableApex).
- Familiaritywith integration patterns and tools (e.g. REST/SOAP APIs middlewareplatforms).
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
