About the Role:
Were hiring for one of our clients a UI/UXDesigner to strengthen their design capabilities and help shape the nextgeneration of digital products. The role focuses on creating effectiveinteraction design patterns applying the design system to user interfacedesign and ensuring usability through user research and testing. You willcollaborate closely with designers product managers developers and domainexperts working across teams in a complex organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Understandproduct and service design requirements and translate them into user-centereddesign solutions.
Define andrefine information architecture user workflows and interaction patternsiteratively.
Create cleardesign documentation and handoff for development.
Apply thedesign system in user interface design.
Evaluateuser experience and user interface design using appropriate research andevaluation methods.
Ensureconsistency quality and attention to detail across product and serviceexperiences.
Requirements:
- Provenexperience as a UI/UX Designer in digital product development with at least 5years of experience (midseniorlevel)
- Strongportfolio demonstrating interface design interaction design and applicationof design systems.
- Hands-onexperience with user research and UX evaluation methods.
- Provenexperience applying design systems effectively.
- Ability towork effectively in dynamic complex environments.
Good-to-Have:
- Experiencewith industrial solutions digital twin or complex SaaS products.
- Degree inInteraction Design Industrial Design Visual Communication Human-ComputerInteraction or related field.
- Strongcollaboration communication and facilitation skills across diverse teams.
