Your role

Youll work for one of Belgiums leading energy suppliers helping customers with energy-related questions and contract sign-ups.

Your mission Make every customer feel supported and informed!

Manage inbound calls and assist customers in signing contracts
Compare energy tariffs and complete contract details
Support via chat & email helping new customers calculate prices and finalize deals
Update client info for customers whove moved
Follow up on incomplete contracts & perform admin tasks

Requirements

Secondary education
Native-level Dutch/Flemish & good English
PC skills & strong writing ability
Empathy confidence flexibility and proactivity
Contact center experience a plus!
