We are seeking an experienced empathetic and proactive SENCO to join an Outstanding secondary school based in Gloucester. This is a full-time permanent leadership role with responsibility for overseeing SEND provision across all key stages. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the schools inclusive strategy and ensuring that every student regardless of background or ability has the opportunity to succeed both academically and personally.

Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO (NASENCO) or willingness to complete the qualification
Proven experience supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive teaching strategies
Excellent communication leadership and organisational skills
QTS (PGCE or equivalent)
Legal right to work in the UK
