Job Summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit a Finnish speaking Fashion Support Consultant in Malaga.
Position: Fashion Support Consultant
Location: Malaga Spain (on-site)
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer interactions through multiple channels (phone email chat voicemail or automated alerts).
- Record and update customer details and case information in the call or ticket management system.
- Provide timely responses and effective resolutions in line with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and client-specific applications.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow established processes procedures and quality standards for service delivery.
- Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Finnish (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.
- Ability to take ownership of cases and see them through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with adaptability to different customer situations.
- Basic technical knowledge of IT systems such as Windows Microsoft Office and internet configurations.
- Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
