Internship Founder's Associate

Founded by veterans from creative industries Mago is not just changing how videos look but how theyre made. Our software streamlines simplifies and accelerates non-realistic production workflows dramatically cutting costs for stylized content in animation film game cinematics advertising and more.

Mago is currently seeking a talented and versatile Founders Associate intern to join our dynamic team in Paris. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and contribute to various aspects of our fast-growing startup including operations product development and marketing.

Role: Full-Time Internship (6 months) starting 5th of January 2026

Location: Paris France (Hybrid)

Level: Junior

Tasks

Operations:

• Optimize internal processes and handle logistical needs
• Support the team in day-to-day operations
• Help implement and maintain project management tools and practices
• Contribute to the development of internal documentation and guidelines
• Manage monthly cash flows

Product:

• Conduct research on market trends and analyze competitors
• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback

Marketing:

• Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies to boost brand presence
• Help monitor and report on marketing metrics
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (e.g. presentations one-pagers)
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Help manage relationships with influencers and partners
• Contribute to our online presence through copywriting emailing and newsletter creation

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Some ability in graphic design or content creation (Canva Photoshop Premiere or similar tools)
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Metricool Hootsuite or similar)
• Strong interest in AI video technology and the creative industries
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools (Miro Linear Notion)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
• Experience in the film animation or game industry
