This is Lara from Factorial and I am seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Product Growth Team.
At Factorial were building the leading Business Management platform for SMBs.
Our software helps companies manage HR Finance and Operations everything from payroll to employee performance to expenses all in one place.
Were one of Europes fastest-growing SaaS companies with 1M users 1400 employees and presence in 7 markets backed by top-tier investors and proudly headquartered in sunny Barcelona.
Our next chapter Reaching 1B ARR within the next three years.

Your mission
At Factorial Product Growth means driving measurable impact: not vanity metrics but actual revenue.
Our focus is now on customer expansion and self-serve experiences: designing journeys that help users discover upgrade and get more value from Factorial without needing hand-holding. Next well take on activation and onboarding helping customers reach their first aha! moment faster than ever.
And this is just the start. Our long-term vision To sell to thousands of customers purely through the product transforming Factorial into a Product-Led Growth (PLG) engine.
Youll join our Product Growth team reporting directly to Lara (yes the same Lara writing this job post ) teams lead and Product Manager.
Youll partner with David our Growth Product Designer working hand-in-hand on some projects and owning others independently.
Youll collaborate closely with Pablo our Engineering Manager and our dev dream team: Amalia Chloe and Ruben a sharp crew who ship fast experiment even faster and know their metrics cold.
At the start well move as one unified team combining forces across design product and engineering. As we scale well evolve into multiple teams and youll play a key role in shaping how Product Growth Design scales across Factorial.

Youve designed products that actually grow ideally in SaaS or Product-Led Growth environments.
You solve real problems not just requirements checkboxes turning ambiguity into clear solutions.
You own your work end-to-end from research and ideation to implementation iteration and measurable business outcomes.
You love experimentation and try out new things validate designs iterating on results and learning what drives user behavior.
Youre a team player who amplifies others shares knowledge and seeks feedback relentlessly.
You communicate clearly in English explaining design decisions in both human and business terms.
Extra points if...
Youve worked in Product Growth initiatives such as self serve and free trial customer onboarding cross-selling
Youve thrived in fast-moving startups or hyper-growth teams in B2B SaaS and are familiar with its dynamics.
You speak the language of metrics acquisition activation retention upsell expansion.
You measure your design impact connecting your work to revenue conversions or retention.

Compensation and relocation support
We offer a gross annual compensation between 45000 and 62000 depending on seniority and experience. This amount includes both base salary and a variable component tied to business and performance objectives. Youll also receive a generous Stock Option Plan (SOP) bringing 10% to your total annual compensation (cash stock).
At Factorial we know talent is global
Thats why we offer a Relocation Package to support candidates moving to Spain. For international hires we also assist with the Spanish Inbound Tax Regime (known as the Beckham Law) which allows eligible professionals relocating to Spain to be taxed at a flat rate (around 24% on Spanish-sourced income). We handle the process and paperwork making relocation seamless and financially rewarding.
