Specialty: LPN/LVN Shift: 5x8 0800-1630 M-F Weekend: None Floating: Required First time traveler: Accepted Locals accepted: Must be > 50 miles or offered at a lower rate BLS Required Skills: Outpatient Clinic/ Urgent Care Center Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG Obtain/Instruct clean catch urine Phlebotomy IM & SQ Oral Subcutaneous Nasal Cannula Oxygen administration Simple dressing changes Follow up phone calls Interpretation of laboratory results Labeling of specimens Medication reconciliation Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies Pharmacy calls/patient refill requests Set up aseptic /sterile procedure trays Telephone Triage Throat specimen collection Vital Sign monitoring Any special skills/traits you are looking for in a candidate: rooming EPIC EMR taking vital signs injections EPIC EMR. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment. Flexible strong communication skills adaptable and willingness to work with other dependable and punctual.
