- Lead the AMS team in managing Mulesoft integrations across production and non-production environments.
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met for incident resolution service requests and change management.
- Technical Oversight:
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Review and optimize existing APIs and integration flows for performance and reliability.
- Manage deployments patching of Mulesoft components.
- Incident & Problem Management:
- Oversee root cause analysis and resolution of integration-related issues.
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting strategies.
- Team Management & Mentorship:
- Mentor and guide junior developers and support engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in integration development and support.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business users application owners and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration operations.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Stay updated with Mulesoft platform updates and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - 8 years of IT experience with 4 years in Mulesoft.
- Strong expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Studio API Manager DataWeave and RAML.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines cloud/hybrid environments and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of API security (OAuth2 JWT) performance tuning and error handling.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and leadership skills.
- Mulesoft certifications (e.g. MCD-Level 1 or higher) preferred.
