Job Title: Oracle OIC Developer

Summary:

Our client is embarking on a strategic Oracle Fusion implementation and requires a skilled Integration Developer with demonstrated expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to support the integration of approximately 30 interfaces. These integrations will involve connecting industry-specific off-the-shelf products as well as critical legacy and proprietary systems that are essential to their business operations. This role will be key in ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across their enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design develop and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) ensuring scalability reliability and high performance.
• Lead the integration work in iterative chunks of 5-6 integrations at a time progressing toward the successful deployment of approximately 30 integrations.
• Manage the integration of industry-specific off-the-shelf products into Oracle Fusion leveraging APIs adapters and connectors.
• Work with critical legacy and proprietary systems employing creative solutions to bridge the gap between modern cloud applications and older technologies.
• Optimize and troubleshoot integration flows resolving bottlenecks or performance issues as they arise.
• Document integration processes designs and configurations for future maintenance and scalability.
• Implement appropriate testing strategies-including unit integration and end-to-end testing-to ensure optimal functionality and data accuracy.
• Maintain security best practices across integrations ensuring safe transmission of sensitive data.

• Proven experience as an Integration Developer working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns middleware technologies and cloud architecture.
• Experience with API endpoints connectors adapters and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency in developing integrations for legacy systems and proprietary applications.
• Familiarity with software development practices such as Agile methodology DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid expertise in testing and quality assurance strategies to ensure robust and stable integrations.
• Ability to document and clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Previous exposure to industry-specific applications is desirable.
