Job Summary

Role - Project Manager - RTE Customer & Experience Transformation

Location - Grand Forks ND (local preferred)- No Remote

Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the Premier Program one of the most critical digital platforms driving growth and transformation.
Experience in coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) enabling teams Product Owners and stakeholders to align around value delivery.
Ability to orchestrate program-level execution managing dependencies and ensuring Premiers commitments are delivered with quality

predictability and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Program Execution & Delivery
Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning System Demos Inspect & Adapt workshops and other ART-level ceremonies.
Drive program-level execution ensuring delivery of Premiers prioritized initiatives and features.
Track and communicate progress of epics features and capabilities.
