Primary Title: Human Resources Executive
About the Opportunity
A fast-growing company in the enterprise technology sector building cloud-native SaaS products and digital workplace solutions. We serve distributed teams and global customers and are hiring a remote HR professional to scale talent operations across India.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: source screen coordinate interviews maintain ATS records and close offers for technical and non-technical roles.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes including offer documentation joining formalities induction scheduling and exit clearance.
- Operate HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate employee records benefits administration and timely payroll coordination with vendors.
- Ensure statutory compliance for India (PF ESIC labour regulations) and maintain up-to-date HR documentation and audit readiness.
- Prepare HR metrics and weekly/monthly reports (hiring funnel attrition headcount) to support people leadership and business stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement initiatives training logistics and performance appraisal administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience preferably with exposure to recruitment and payroll in India.
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones and communicating with distributed teams.
