At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Workday consulting generalist at PwC you will focus on providing a broad range of consulting services across various Workday applications. You will provide consulting services to clients analysing their needs implementing software solutions and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Workday applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Growing as a strategic advisor you leverage your influence expertise and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy you apply sound judgment recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity ask thoughtful questions and clearly communicate how things fit together. About PwC SATIC and the role

PwC has recently launched the South African Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) designed to innovate build and deploy solutions for our global clients across a range of technology and transformational needs. We are seeking candidates that have experience in overseeing and managing the delivery of data and insights solutions to clients. Ideal candidates must have backgrounds in managing a team of data analysts and insights professionals.

Summary:

A career within Finance Consulting services will provide the opportunity to work alongside CEOs CFOs controllers and treasurers to optimise the structure of their finance functions and improve their contribution to the business. We support our clients by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control efficient back office opportunities and support to the business through insight and challenge.

Qualifications /Certifications required:

Degree

5 plus years relevant experience

Experience required:

Skills and experience

Experience of supporting & configuring HCM Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation.

Experienced in underpinning Cross Product areas such as Security & Reporting.

Current Workday Pro or Active Implementation Certification in Compensation functionality (desirable but not mandatory)

The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions.

Strong analytical and problems solving skills with experience in being able to implement and deliver solutions

Experience of using case management systems for incident tracking and managing SLAs.
