MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salary on Offer:R21 800.00 per month benefits
  • Matric
  • Degree Diploma in Hospitality ManagementESSENTIAL
  • Minimum of 3 5 years Lodge Management experience within 5 * establishment
  • Must have held the role of Assistant Lodge Manager Duty Manager Guest Relations Manager ESSENTIAL
  • Proven Industry experience in lodge management
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Highly levels of attention to detail Strong leadership & organisational skills
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office POS Opera PMS Systems ESSENTIAL
  • Duties include:Oversee lodge operations guest satisfaction service levels supervision of lodge compliment co-ordinate teams training sessions develop policies stock management implement cost-saving initiatives upkeep of lodge equipment take responsibility for overall lodge operations and performance in absence of Manager Manage cash handling to minimize variances Monitor Guest feedback on platforms Guest Revu & Trip Advisor
  • Willing to accept LIVE-IN position on site ESSENTIAL
  • ValidDrivers Licence(no endorsements) ESSENTIAL

Duties & Responsibilities

DUTIES:-

Measure and enhance overall guest satisfaction including managing special requests.

- Monitor Guest Feedback metrics on platforms such as Guest Revu and Trip Advisor.

- Assistant the lodge manager to oversee day-to-day lodge team service operations.

- Uphold and elevate the service standards provided by the lodge team.

- Ensure effective supervision and management of lodge operations in the absence of

the lodge manager.

- Coordinate departmental teams to optimize guest service delivery.

- Conduct targeted training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills of lodge team

members in coordination with the lodge manager

- Achieve quality improvement targets set by management.

- Develop comprehensive policies processes and standards governing lodge team

activities.

- Manage cash handling to minimize variances within acceptable limits.

- Maintain effective stock management.

- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.

- Maintain and ensure the upkeep of lodge equipment through preventative

maintenance.

- Take responsibility for the overall performance of lodge functions in the absence of the

lodge manager.
