Job Summary
Our client is a Corporate Finance Advisory firm and is looking for a Corporate Finance Associate to join their team due to a strong deal pipeline. The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets.
Responsibilities of this Corporate Finance Associate Job:
- Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients
- Financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side
- Financial analysis related to transactions
- Getting exposure to deal negotiations
Requirements of this Corporate Finance Associate Job:
- Be a recently qualified accountant
- Have a strong academic background
- Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions
- Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis
- Have excellent analytical project management and research skills with a strong commercial acumen
