We are looking for Bank Community Care Assistants to join our friendly and professional team. This flexible position is ideal for those seeking a good work-life balance allowing you to pick up shifts that suit your availability.

Role Responsibilities

As a Bank Community Care Assistant you will:

Support service users to remain independent within their own homes
Provide personal care including washing dressing and maintaining personal hygiene
Assist with meal preparation shopping and light household tasks
Offer companionship and emotional support
Prompt or administer medication as outlined in care plans
Observe and report any changes in wellbeing to the office or on-call team

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

Kind compassionate and dependable
Good communicators with a caring and professional attitude
Reliable and able to work independently
Willing to learn full induction and training provided (no prior experience needed)

Essential Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement Schedule 9 Equality Act 2010)

Working Hours

Bank / Flexible hours available
Shifts between 7:00am 10:00pm
Option to work weekdays evenings or weekends
