Job Summary
We are looking for an intenational Comapny related with Services Sector a The Digital Workplace Engineering Director will lead the engineering function responsible for designing developing and maintaining the digital workplace ecosystem ensuring that employees can work securely efficiently and collaboratively from anywhere.
Responsabilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers and product specialists promoting collaboration innovation and professional growth.
- Oversee the architecture delivery and continuous improvement of workplace and device management solutions (laptops operating systems mobility tools and collaboration platforms).
- Align technology initiatives with the organizations overall strategy ensuring service stability scalability and security.
- Define and plan workforce capabilities identify future skill needs and foster continuous learning and talent development.
- Implement efficient agile and outcome-oriented working methods to enhance delivery performance and process optimization.
- Contribute to the overall technology strategy and participate in key decision-making forums within the organization.

Requisitos
Requirements
- Proven experience leading technical or engineering teams in digital infrastructure or product environments.
- Strong knowledge of digital workplace technologies operating systems device management and collaboration tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan prioritize and execute complex technology programs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Hands-on and agile approach with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
