Position Overview

We are seeking a safety-focused and dependable Structural Welder to join a leading manufacturer of air-cooled heat exchangers in West Tulsa OK. The Structural Welder will be responsible for performing MIG and Flux Core welding on structural components used in large-scale industrial equipment. This position requires precision reliability and the ability to interpret and work from detailed blueprints and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).

Weld Test Requirements

MIG and Flux Core test required.

Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and weld structural components in compliance with blueprints and WPS guidelines.
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding to company and industry standards.
Inspect welds and identify sub-standard work to ensure all products meet quality requirements.
Work safely and efficiently maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist in other plant duties as required when company needs arise.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of shop fabrication and structural welding experience.
Extensive knowledge of FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding) processes.
Ability to read and understand blueprints drawings and WPS parameters.
Must be self-motivated dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as needed to complete projects.
Must be safety-oriented and committed to maintaining company standards.
