Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder to join a growing fabrication team in Sapulpa OK. The Structural Welder will be responsible for fabricating assembling and welding metal structures and components in accordance with detailed blueprints and specifications. This position demands precision strong technical ability and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Weld Test Requirements

3G MIG root and Flux Core fill and cap single bevel test required.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints welding symbols and fabrication drawings to assemble and weld structural components.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on a variety of steel structures.
Inspect and verify weld quality ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work area.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and project deadlines.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional welding experience required.
Proficient in MIG and Flux Core welding processes.
Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed fabrication instructions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight tolerances.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working extended shifts.
Reliable safety-conscious and team-oriented.
