Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning and administration including wills trusts and powers of attorney.

- Maintain strong attorneyclient relationships through clear and timely communication.
- Collaborate with attorneys and professional staff to deliver high-quality efficient service.
- Participate in networking and business development to strengthen the firms community presence.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active North Carolina Bar license (or eligibility).
- Prior experience as a practicing attorney required.
- Background in estate planning or administration strongly preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
- Strong legal research drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining professionalism and detail orientation.
