The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately entering updating and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role involves reviewing information for accuracy preparing reports and ensuring data integrity. The position is fully remote and ideal for detail-oriented individuals comfortable working independently with basic computer applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
Review data for accuracy completeness and consistency.
Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
Maintain organized electronic files and records.
Assist with data cleanup and system updates as needed.
Generate simple reports or summaries using collected data.
Follow company data privacy and security protocols.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous data entry or clerical experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel Google Sheets or database systems).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
