We are looking for a detail-oriented Online Typist to assist with typing and formatting various documents data and reports. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and format documents reports or handwritten notes into digital files.
Ensure all typed materials are accurate and free from spelling or grammatical errors.
Transcribe audio or video files into text when required.
Organize and store completed documents in designated folders or databases.
Follow formatting instructions and confidentiality guidelines.
Communicate with supervisors or clients to clarify document details if needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent typing speed (at least 4060 words per minute) with high accuracy.
Strong command of English (spelling grammar and punctuation).
Basic computer literacy familiarity with Microsoft Word Google Docs or similar tools.
Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
