What Youll Do: Engineer operational excellence for sustainable technology projects across the German market from our Canary Islands headquarters combining German precision and systematic thinking with Spanish innovation to create world-class operational systems for waste-to-energy and biomass gasification projects. Youll develop comprehensive operational frameworks that meet German engineering standards and regulatory requirements create detailed process documentation and quality management systems for German market implementations and establish supply chain management protocols for German suppliers contractors and technology partners.

Your responsibilities include designing operational workflows that comply with German technical standards and environmental regulations developing vendor qualification and management systems for German engineering firms and equipment suppliers and creating performance measurement and continuous improvement systems that meet German quality expectations. Youll also establish project management methodologies that align with German engineering practices develop risk management and compliance frameworks for German regulatory environment and create operational training and certification programs for German project teams. Additionally youll optimize resource allocation and scheduling for German market conditions develop cost management and efficiency optimization strategies that meet German precision standards and collaborate with German partners and stakeholders to ensure flawless operational execution of sustainable technology projects.

Required Skills:

Operations Excellence: Experience with German-style process optimization quality management and operational precision
