Master Technician atShottenkirk Automotive Group you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various vehicle issues. With your expertise you will demonstrate exceptional technical skills and knowledge to provide top-quality service to our customers. We are looking for skilled technicians ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Performing complex diagnostics and repairs on vehicles
- Utilizing advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate assessments and repairs
- Following company guidelines and procedures for efficient and effective service
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating with customers to explain repairs and recommendations
- Collaborating with team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Mopar Technician is preferred but not mandatory
- We offer support and training to help you advance your certification
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle systems
- Strong technical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid drivers license
- ASE certifications preferred
