- Evaluation and comparison of industrial data
- Creation of diagrams KPIs and presentations
- Process representation and improvement
- Participation in optimization initiatives
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for process enhancements
- Opportunity to identify potential for securing the necessary personnel in the PME (Production Methods Engineering)

- Technical education in Business Administration Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes preferably in the railway industry
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering including writing manufacturing work instructions and line balancing
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials Routings and Configuration follow-up
- A strong understanding of Quality EHS standards and Ergonomics
- Experience with Process FMEA QRQC and time analysis methods (MTM MEK UAS)
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivation and a conscientious organized approach
