Job Summary
-Lead and supervise the maintenance team on the assigned shift
-Ensure all maintenance tasks are logged and tracked
-Oversee the progress of work orders and ensure all Maintenance Technicians on the shift complete them timely
-Troubleshoot minor electrical problems (blown fuses shorts etc.)
-Detect unusual sounds from machines indicating malfunctions
-Install piping systems in pvc stainless steel and/or iron pipe
-Install machinery and equipment according to specifications
-Repair and maintain centrifugal and pneumatic pumps
-Show ability to weld metal parts with either tig or arc
-Show ability to fabricate or modify equipment using hand tools such as saws drills and grinders
-2 years of maintenance experience
-Ability to lift 40 lbs.
-Prior manufacturing and forklift experience
-Leadership experience including interpersonal and communication skills
-Must be available to work occasional weekends for quarterly maintenance
