Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and highly focused individual to join our team as a Casino Table Games Dealer. This role is crucial to the energy and integrity of our casino floor. You will be the face of the game tasked with providing prompt courteous and accurate dealing of various casino games including poker Craps and/or Roulette. A commitment to precision is paramount as you will be exchanging guest currency for gaming chips and safeguarding all chips and currency entrusted to you. Your ability to create a welcoming entertaining atmosphere while upholding strict adherence to gaming rules and security procedures will define your success in this fast-paced high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt courteous and accurate dealing of assigned table games.
- Maintain security by ensuring constant inspection of decks and overall game integrity at all times.
- Exchange guest currency for gaming chips accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and security of all chips and currency under your control.
- Assist guests in playing and ensure strict adherence to all established rules policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of guest service at the gaming table contributing to an entertaining atmosphere.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 6 months of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to provide a high standard of guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
- Able to maintain a close working relationship with co-workers and management.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Work Environment: Comfortable working in an environment with constant exposure to second-hand smoke and typical casino noise and able to stand or sit for long periods.
- Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift and carry 10lbs.
