Parts Counter Advisor

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have excellent customer service skills Ryan Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated Parts Counter Advisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting technicians and customers with parts inquiries.
- Accurately process parts orders and manage inventory levels.
- Identify and source parts using computer systems and catalogs.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure prompt availability of the parts needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department.
- Knowledge of automotive mechanics automotive systems or automotive parts
- Problem solving is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency in order processing and inventory management.
- Team oriented flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 18 years of age
