Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch and company sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers focusing on both local and international freight forwarding business opportunities.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with operations customer service and pricing teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services.
- Prepare sales proposals quotations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports forecasts and business updates to management.
- Represent of the company at customer visits trade events and networking functions in the Northern region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics International Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of air freight ocean freight and domestic transport operations.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated result-oriented and able to work independently.
- Good command of English and Thai both written and spoken.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel within Northern Thailand.
