The AV Field Engineer will be responsible for the on-site installation integration and commissioning of commercial audio-visual systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver high-quality system implementations for clients across corporate education government and entertainment environments.

Responsibilities:
- Install configure and integrate professional AV systems including displays projectors video walls sound systems microphones and control systems (Crestron Extron AMX QSC Biamp etc.)
- Read and interpret AV system drawings signal flow diagrams and architectural plans to ensure accurate installation and system performance
- Pull terminate and test cabling for audio video control and network systems (Cat6 fiber speaker wire etc.)
- Mount and secure AV components such as displays racks ceiling microphones cameras and loudspeakers in accordance with safety and quality standards
- Perform system commissioning testing and troubleshooting to verify functionality and ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and clients to identify and resolve technical issues during installation
- Document system configurations test results and field modifications for project closeout packages
- Provide on-site technical support training and guidance to junior installers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all company standards safety policies and manufacturer best practices
Requirements:
- 3 years AV experience
- Installation or integration experience
- CTS preferred but not required
