Enterprise Solutions Sales Executive (ERP/ SCM/ ERP experience) - Up to 90k THB/ month

Location: Bangkok

Salary: Up to 90000 THB/ month

Are you a Thai native who speaks excellent English loves presenting and negotiating in both languages and has a proven track record in enterprise-business solutions If youve billed THB 50-100 million/year in ERP CRM or SCM deals know your way around bids and proposals and thrive as a true hunter of new business we want you.

Heres the overview of your day-to-day:

  • Generate and manage your sales pipeline: source leads qualify opportunities and drive them through to closing.
  • Engage senior business stakeholders (Thai & English) to understand their challenges and design high-value solutions.
  • Prepare standout bids RFP responses proposals and quotations that clearly articulate business outcomes.
  • Sell via Solution-Selling Propositional-Selling and Value-Selling techniques - not just features but real ROI.
  • Collaborate with consulting pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from deal to execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms own contract closure and consistently meet or exceed your targets.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts for upsell/cross-sell possibilities.

What were looking for:

  • Native Thai speaker with strong verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in business-solution sales (ERP CRM SCM).
  • Track record of billing THB 50-100 million per year in solution sales.
  • Solid experience working in or alongside an IT service provider or consulting organization.
  • Skilled at preparing and responding to bids proposals quotations and RFPs.
  • Experience applying Solution-Selling Propositional-Selling and Value-Selling methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation relationship-management and client-engagement skills in both Thai and English.
  • Hunter mindset: proactive self-driven focused on turning leads into contracts.
  • Degree in Business IT or a related field is preferred (but not mandatory).
