About the Role
- Act as the operational owner of one of our business lines ensuring processes and systems run efficiently and scale effectively.
- Define develop and implement end-to-end commercial operations.
- Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Build tools automations and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with executives and multiple business units gaining high exposure across the organization.
About You
- Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations Strategy Growth or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Hands-on proactive problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.
- Detail-oriented with a structured and solution-driven mindset.
- Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g. Python JavaScript Google Cloud environment Make n8n etc.).
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
