Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg/Tele
Location: New York NY 10016
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Duration: 13 Weeks (High possibility of extension)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry care to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment communication skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver and document patient-centered nursing care based on assessment and clinical judgment.
Assess patient conditions identify care priorities and develop individualized care plans.
Implement and evaluate interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively.
Perform therapeutic nursing procedures and monitor patient responses.
Maintain accurate timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and professional standards.
Uphold infection control safety and quality assurance protocols.
Support professional nursing practice through continuous learning and adherence to evidence-based standards.
Perform additional related duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 recent years of hands-on Med Surg/Telemetry experience (required).
Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York.
Certifications (required):
Basic Life Support (BLS) American Heart Association (AHA)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) American Heart Association (AHA)
