Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Part Time As Needed (PTAN) Senior Construction Manager to join our Arcadis Construction Services (ACS) team. This position is based out of Kentucky although location is flexible.

This role will sit within the Global Resilience Business Area. We work to protect our natural environment and water resources while powering our world for future generations. Around the world were feeling the effects climate change rapid urbanization loss of biodiversity. The rate at which were seeing large-scale unforeseen events such as floods and wildfires is becoming more frequent. We are here to protect our natural environment and water resources while powering our world for future generations.

Role accountabilities:

  • Construction Management including the coordination of multidiscipline engineering/construction teams gathering quotes developing scope meeting project schedules budgets and quality objectivesand completion of assigned tasks.
  • Supporting design teams with constructabilityreviewsand other support.
  • Has a track record of the successful delivery of environmental andsedimentconstruction projects for local state federal and private clients.
  • Coordinating scheduling and reporting activities related to stakeholder management and project communications
  • Ensuring that all appropriate technical standards are applied during the project implementation
  • Managing work to follow state local and Federal requirements
  • Ensuring all deliverables and constructed work are in conformance with the quality standards set forth in the contract documents
  • Providing timely accurate progress reports and cost of completion forecasts
  • Maintaining project files meetings records and correspondence and project controls information
  • Approving all purchases procurement and payments on the project
  • Monitoring subcontractor adherence to safety standards

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • 15years of applicableenvironmentalconstruction managementexperience
  • Willing to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HAZWOPER 40 Hour training with annual refreshers
  • OSHA 30 Hour Safety training
