Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an integral associate on public and private company mergers acquisitions and strategic transactions.
Draft and negotiate definitive transaction agreements and ancillary deal documents.
Manage key aspects of transaction execution due diligence and client communications.
Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams to structure and close complex deals.
Advise clients on strategic considerations and emerging M&A market trends.
Qualifications:
38 years of experience in M&A or strategic transactions within a top-tier law firm.
Demonstrated experience drafting transaction agreements and managing deal processes.
Strong academic credentials and exceptional analytical and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment handling sophisticated transactions.
Bar admission in New York California or Washington (depending on office location).
